Position Description

Excellent IT Support Engineer for a growing company in Clearwater, FL!!

Ø Outside Engineers are responsible for management and ownership of their client portfolios by maintaining their client's networks and building strong relationships.

Ø Provide IT Support relating to issues with internal systems and network infrastructures.

Ø Provide support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange etc.

Ø Provide support services for virtualization technologies with VMware

Ø Provide technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls and stitching.

Ø Provide support for disaster recovery solutions.

Ø Provide remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services, etc.

Ø Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructures.

Ø Inform all of incident progress and notify them of impending changes and agreed outages.

Ø Maintain service awareness and understanding of all organization key IT services, support tools, and techniques used to provide services.

Ø Maintain and monitor client networks.

Ø Serve as T-3 Service Desk Escalation support.

Ø Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.

Ø Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.

Ø Assist with technical sales processes.

Ø Enter time and expenses, work through a daily schedule, and enter all work as service or project tickets in CW.

Ø Mentor and assist Jr. engineers, as required.

Ø Experience working with WDS and MDT is preferred. Must be experienced in a MSP environment.
