Mother eagles teach their young to fly by making life so uncomfortable that the young actually fall out of the nest trying to get food. Day after day the parents fly past the nest with food, just beyond the reach of the young eaglets. The baby birds lose weight and develop muscleuntil they have the strength to support their weight with their wings. When they finally jump from the nest, the parents are there to catch them before they crash, or reward them if they make a successful solo flight. God guides us in the same way. He entices you to take the risk He knows you need to take, while withholding the easy way of comfort and security. He insists that you get the reward He has planned for you if you'll just follow His lead. Could that be what He’s doing with you right now? It would be just like Him, you know.

iWork no longer has group meetings on Monday evenings.
