This scripture appears to be telling us to do the impossible. Who hasn’t tried to control themselves, to stop harsh words or anger, only to fail time after time? No amount of will power, personal desire or determination can free us from our bad habits and evil behavior, or give us control over our tongue and our emotions. As soon as you realize that you can’t help yourself, you're in a position to turn to the One who has already saved you. This is the perfect time in your life to turn all your shortcomings over to God and allow Him to work His perfection in you. Imagine how wonderful it will be to go into your next job with a set of new behaviors, free of bad habits. Ask God to do that work in you as you journey to your new place of employment!

iWork 2.0

iWork no longer has group meetings on Monday evenings. 

Instead, we will have our iWork volunteers available to speak with you individually by phone or by video conference whenever you need them.  To speak to a volunteer about whatever is going on in your job search, simply send an email to iWork(at)idlewild.org
