Position Title: Investor Relations Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)
Department: Investor Relations
Reports To: Vice President of Investor Relations and Marketing

Position Overview:

Zion Oil & Gas is seeking an Investor Relations Specialist who holds a strong personal alignment with our mission and a positive, supportive view of Israel and the Jewish people. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring deep commitment to our values and investor base.

As a publicly traded oil and gas company focused on exploration in Israel. Your duties will be fluid within the organization based on corporate needs but will primarily involve supporting our existing shareholder base, assisting in equity raise efforts, corporate communications, and promotional initiatives. You will report to the Vice President of Investor Relations and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anticipate and respond to investor needs, questions, and concerns across communication channels (phone, email, in person)
• Support internal and external shareholder communication efforts (newsletters, broadcast emails, updates, press releases)
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate investor reporting
• Liaise with plan agent and transfer agent to ensure shareholder support
• Manage and maintain investor databases with accuracy and confidentiality
• Monitor investor sentiment and assist in identifying and addressing market challenges, including hostile communications
• Assist with proactive marketing campaigns tied to equity initiatives and shareholder engagement
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to align messaging and content
• Carry out other duties as directed in support of investor relations, marketing, or strategic communications

Requirement

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, communications, or related roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/shareholder engagement platforms
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities on tight timelines

Preferred (Not Required):

• Familiarity with SEC regulations and public company reporting standards
• Experience in oil and gas or energy sector
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, or Grok
• Adobe Creative Suite or Canva experience

Compensation:

Base Salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates with longer, applicable experience may reach the top of the range.
